He most recently led the Experience Innovation Lab at Tata Digital and previously served as Chief Design Officer at Fractal, where he built and led a 75+ member design and behavioral science team working at the intersection of data science and design. Earlier, he founded and led Studio 5B at Dr. Reddy’s, pioneering patient-centric innovations across global healthcare contexts. His work has been featured by IDEO U, and he has served on the Executive Council at the Indian School of Business. Param is deeply interested in mindfulness and the art of stillness, has developed reflective toolkits blending mindfulness and design thinking, and holds a graduate degree from Loyola College along with executive education from Harvard Business School.
